Is Will Smith White?

Has anyone else noticed that Will Smith pretends to be black. Every time I hear him talk I’m hit by the sheer relentlessness of the poorly delivered black cliché lines that he crams into each narcissistic self-absorbed boring sentence. Every sentence has to end with “that’s wha I’m talkin’ about”, or “You know wha I’m sayin’. But he tries to make it sounds blacker, he makes his voice deeper and does that stupid head movement thing he does, and none of the things he says seem even slightly natural.

Will….you’re black already….you don’t need to pretend.

Up until I saw Will Smith being interviewed I thought there was nothing in the world more pathetic than the countless white guys who pretend to be black. I mean for the love of god, do these people have any idea how stupid they look. White people can’t get away with the same kind of comedy as black people, because when they try it is fake, and fake isn’t funny. It’s not an act when a black woman says “damn” in that drawn out way, it’s natural. When a white person tries to copy that, they look like a fucking idiot.

This isn’t racist this is just a fact. Black people and white people are DIFFERENT! We’re not the exactly same, we’re different, and just because it sounds great when Bernie Mac says something, doesn’t mean it’s going to sound the same coming from a skinny white kid from Cambridge.

For years I’ve believed this was the most pathetic thing possible, and then came the Will Smith revelation. What’s more pathetic than a white man pretending to be black? A black man pretending to be black.

Horrible.
